About This Site
The New Jersey Medicaid Promoting Interoperability (PI)
Program provides incentive payments to eligible
professionals and eligible hospitals that can demonstrate they have
adopted, implemented, upgraded, or are meaningfully using
certified EHR technology. The Promoting Interoperability Program is designed to
support providers in this period of Health IT transition and instill the
use of EHRs in meaningful ways to help our nation improve the
quality, safety, and efficiency of patient health care.
This system will allow eligible professionals and hospitals to provide
the necessary information to begin receiving New Jersey Medicaid
Promoting Interoperability Program payments.
The PIP system State User Portal is for State Medicaid Agency users to manage the participation
of eligible professionals and eligible hospitals in the Medicaid Promoting Interoperability Program.
